You've been through something significant. The injury, the setback, the moment everything changed. This course is built for what comes next — turning that experience into the foundation for a stronger, more purposeful life.
Who This Is For
This course is not for people who want to feel better for a day. It's for high-functioning adults who are ready to do the real work of turning a serious setback into a serious advantage.
You've done the medical work. Now you're trying to figure out who you are on the other side — and how to build a life that accounts for what happened without being defined by it.
Career collapse. Relationship breakdown. A loss that changed everything. You're functional — but you know there's a gap between where you are and where you're capable of going.
You're still showing up — but running on empty. This framework helps you rebuild the internal capacity to lead well, long-term, without burning out what's left.
Greg speaks from lived experience — 30 days in a coma, catastrophic injuries, and a full return to performance. The course is grounded in clinical reality, not wishful thinking.
Course Content
Each week builds on the last — moving from understanding what happened, to rebuilding how you operate, to defining what you're building toward.
What separates the people who come back from the people who don't — and the specific cognitive shifts that happen in the first stage of real recovery.
Your story is not your sentence. This week you learn to separate the event from the meaning you've given it — and start giving it a meaning that serves you.
Biology is not fixed. Greg translates 12 years of clinical practice into a clear picture of what your body is actually capable of — and what the science says about recovery timelines.
What you eat directly affects how you think, feel, and recover. Practical, evidence-based guidance — without fads or supplements pitches.
Greg returned to competitive cycling after 30 days in a coma. This week is about rebuilding physical capacity — whatever your current starting point is.
Recovery is not a solo sport. How to identify who belongs in your corner, how to ask for what you actually need, and how to protect your energy from the wrong inputs.
People who recover with a reason outperform people who recover without one. This week you find yours — or refine the one you already have.
The final week is about what you build next. The injury was not the end of your story. This is where you write the next chapter — deliberately.
What You'll Walk Away With
By the end of 8 weeks, you'll have a concrete set of tools — not just a feeling.
Your setback becomes the proof of your capability — not the ceiling on it.
Evidence-based habits around movement and nutrition that actually fit your life and your current capacity.
You know what you're rebuilding toward — and why. That clarity changes how you make every decision going forward.
A repeatable mental model for navigating future setbacks — tested under conditions most people never face.
You've identified who belongs in your recovery ecosystem and how to use that support effectively.
Eight weeks of consistent, progressive work. You don't just think differently — you're already moving.
Your Instructor
In November 2012, while crossing the road, Greg was struck by a car travelling at 74 km/h. He lost all vital signs. Compound fractures. Collapsed lung. Eight broken ribs. Skull fracture. Severe brain injury. He emerged from a coma 30 days later with a 50% chance of surviving another 12 months.
He beat those odds. Then he came back to competitive cycling, to the stage, and to a mission: helping others turn their most shattering experiences into the foundation for something remarkable.
Greg brings 12 years as a Doctor of Chiropractic, a degree in Kinesiology, and everything he learned in his own recovery to every week of this course. This is not theory. It is lived experience, grounded in clinical science.
"It's not what you can't do. It's what you can do. Most limitations are self-imposed — and the good news is, you're the one who gets to remove them."— Dr. Greg MacLuckie
